What is Adirondacks ACO?

Welcome to the Adirondacks ACO, or “ADKs ACO.” We are an Accountable Care Organization — a partnership of health care professionals that care for people in the Adirondacks and northern New York State. We are focused on delivering high-quality, coordinated care to the patients we serve. Coordinated care helps ensure that patients, especially our most vulnerable community members with complicated health issues, get the care they need when they need it from a team of providers, and get that care at the lowest possible cost.
